Training Program
Before working at the project site, you will receive training from an experienced general contractor as pre-education.
Training content: Lectures on the basics of construction management to become a first-class construction management engineer, and
how to operate Excel as a basic part of the workforce
will be conducted in a hybrid of e-learning (800 courses) and face-to-face classes. *Since learning is mainly online, you can study
at your own convenience .
Base salary
Monthly salary: 260,000-300,000 yen
(basic salary: 200,000-240,000 yen)
*Determined after interview based on work experience
30,000 yen Regional allowance (Kanto region: 1 metropolis and 6 prefectures)
30,000 yen Job allowance
* The position will be decided based on experience, age, and ability .
■Example of overtime pay calculation If your monthly salary is ¥260,000,
20 hours of overtime = ¥300,620 (monthly salary ¥260,000 + overtime pay ¥40,620)
*As this is not a fixed overtime pay, all overtime will be paid.
■ Bonus twice a year
■Salary increase: once a year
*During the training period before working at the project site, the salary
will be 230,000 yen (basic salary 200,000 yen + regional allowance 30,000 yen).

8:00~17:00
Overtime hours

Work location
The project targets one metropolis and six prefectures (Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa,
Saitama, Ibaraki, Gunma, and Tochigi).
*As for your placement, we will coordinate with the project site and decide together
on the best option for your future career based on the work location and job content .
*You will go directly to and from the work site.
*Transfers are possible
